State Senator Dave Syverson (R-Rockford) testified on behalf of two local residents nominated to top state posts Tuesday.
Syverson spoke on behalf of Earl Dotson, Jr. of Roscoe, nominated to the Illinois Tollway Board. He also testified in support of Earl Hernandez of Rockford to the State Police Merit Board.
