State Senator Dave Syverson (R-Rockford) is set to be the keynote speaker at the upcoming I-39 State of the Market Symposium on July 23.

Senator Syverson will be joining with other economic leaders in the area to discuss ongoing development and other upcoming opportunities in the region. Sen. Syverson will also give a brief update on the spring legislative session.

“I’m honored to have been chosen to speak at this event and to be amongst such a distinguished panel of top professionals,” said Sen. Syverson. “Thank you to Chicago Industrial Properties, the I-39 Logistics Corridor Association and the Rockford Area Economic Development Council for putting this program together and for your ongoing leadership in promoting and encouraging innovation and opportunity in the region. This is just one more thing that puts the Rockford-area on the map as a place to do business.”

The symposium will have three panels with professionals discussing trends in transportation, rail, data centers, industrial development, and other topics. The event is set to take place on July 23 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Rockford.
