SPRINGFIELD – Illinois state lawmakers return to the Capital City Nov. 15 to start the annual fall veto session and with just one gubernatorial veto to consider, State Senator Dave Syverson (R-Cherry Valley) says Majority Party leaders may decide to take up other issues instead. Senate Republicans will continue to push for changes to the controversial SAFE-T Act. Lawsuits by 62
