ROCKFORD – The culmination of 20 years of hard work and dedication by state and local officials with a dream will become reality today with the opening of the Hard Rock Casino on State Street in Rockford. Senator Dave Syverson (R-Cherry Valley) has worked with many other civic leaders for more than two decades to bring the project to fruition.
