SPRINGFIELD – As temperatures begin to get warmer, and more people head to the golf course for the first time this Spring, State Sen. Dave Syverson (R-Cherry Valley) says they will notice something different – yet another new tax! “If you rent a golf cart or golf clubs, you will now have to pay a sales tax,” said Senator Syverson.
